Consent to the processing of personal data
By continuing to use the DeltaComputers website (https://deltacomputers.ru/), including all its subdomains and pages (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), and by filling out the feedback form, I, hereinafter referred to as the "Visitor," freely, of my own free will, and in my own interests, consent to Delta Computers LLC (Russian Federation, 105425, Moscow, 3-ya Parkovaya St., Building 41A, Floor 3, Room IV, Part of Room 22, Office 22/10) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") processing my personal data in accordance with the following terms:
1. Consent is given to the processing of personal data obtained from feedback forms.
2. Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data:
last name, first name, patronymic (if any);
personal and/or work email address;
personal and/or work telephone number;
employment information (company name, company tax identification number, job title);
information obtained as a result of the Visitor's actions, including the following information: about submitted comments, requests, and questions.
3. The purposes of processing personal data are:
contacting the Visitor to provide information, including sending notifications and requests, or arranging consultations at the Visitor's request;
improving the operation of the Website;
distributing advertising and news materials about the Operator's services, products, and events;
ensuring the functioning of the Website.
4. The basis for the processing of personal data is Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Articles 6 and 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data," and this Consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data. With respect to personal data, the Operator may perform both automated processing of personal data using computer technology and non-automated processing of personal data.
5. During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
6. The term of this consent begins on the date it is provided and continues until the processing purposes are achieved or if the need to achieve these purposes is no longer necessary. The date and time of creation, confirmation, and sending of Consent shall be considered the moment the corresponding field is checked (or the corresponding button is clicked) in the Form and/or the Form's submit button is clicked on any page of the Site and/or its subdomains/Services.
7. The user has the right to revoke consent to the processing of their personal data by:

8. The User hereby confirms that they consent to receive advertising and informational materials from the Operator and is aware of the possibility and procedure for refusing such consent
9. Guided by Part 4 of Article In accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data," I submit my personal data through a personal mobile device or personal computer by attaching it to a special form or by filling out the appropriate fields of such form during the registration and authorization procedure on the Website.
10. In all other respects not provided for in this consent, the Operator and the Visitor are guided by the Operator's Policy regarding the processing of personal data on the Website, as well as the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
